According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality cannot be returned. Therefore, we ask you to place orders carefully and consciously. However, we are ready to accommodate our clients and exchange silver jewelry for another or refund the money if you return the jewelry within three days after receiving it and if the jewelry seal and tag are undamaged. Gold jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Customized jewelry is not subject to exchange or return. In case of return or exchange, all postage costs are covered by the buyer.

- Jewelry should be protected from contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and detergents. Please take it off before going to the pool, shower or gym.

- To preserve the gold and white rhodium plating for a longer time, our jewelry should be stored separately from other jewelry, in closed original boxes.

- Gold and white rhodium plating does not last forever - on average, it needs to be restored once a year. We provide a service to restore the coating.

- Even with proper storage, gold or white rhodium jewelry can tarnish due to individual skin secretions.

- If silver jewelry with plating gets wet in fresh water, nothing will happen to it, but the service time of the gilding and rhodium will be reduced. 

- The service time of the coating depends on the careful care and individual characteristics of the skin.

- Warranty repair of silver jewelry is provided within 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Warranty repair of silver jewelry does not include the replacement of lost or damaged elements, including pearls and precious stones. A new part is paid for separately.

- The warranty does not cover plating (gold and white rhodium plating).

- After 6 months after the purchase date, any repairs in case of breakage are paid by the buyer. 

- Warranty repairs and polishing of gold jewelry are available for as long as the ORXATA brand exists.

- Warranty repair of gold jewelry does not include the replacement of lost or damaged elements, including pearls and precious stones. A new part is paid for separately.

Approximate prices for plating restoration, cleaning and repair:

- rhodium or gilding plating restoration - from 60 UAH per gram of jewelry

- repair of jewelry without replacing parts - from 100 UAH, depending on the complexity of the repair

- replacement of a silver part - from 150 UAH, depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

- replacement of a gold part - is calculated depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

- ultrasonic cleaning - from 100 UAH
