According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality cannot be returned. Therefore, we ask you to place orders carefully and consciously. However, we are ready to accommodate our clients and exchange silver jewelry for another or refund the money if you return the jewelry within three days after receiving it and if the jewelry seal and tag are undamaged. Gold jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Customized jewelry is not subject to exchange or return. In case of return or exchange, all postage costs are covered by the buyer.

- Jewelry should be protected from contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics and detergents. Remove before swimming, showering or going to the gym.

- To preserve the gold and white rhodium plating for longer, our jewelry must be stored separately from others in closed branded boxes.

- Gold and white rhodium plating is not permanent - on average it needs to be renewed once a year. We provide a coating renewal service.

- Even when stored properly, gold-plated or white rhodium-plated jewelry can darken due to individual skin secretions.

- If silver plated jewelry gets wet in fresh water, nothing will happen to it, but the service life of gold and rhodium plating will be shortened.

- The service life of the coating depends on the care and individual characteristics of the skin.

- Warranty repairs of silver jewelry are provided within 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Warranty repairs of silver jewelry do not include replacement of lost or damaged items, including pearls and gemstones. A new item is charged separately.

- The warranty does not apply to the coating (gold plating and white rhodium).

- After 6 months from the date of purchase, repairs in the event of a breakdown are paid for by the buyer.

- Warranty repairs and polishing of gold jewelry are carried out indefinitely as long as the ORXATA brand exists.

- Warranty repairs of gold jewelry do not include replacement of lost or damaged items, including pearls and gemstones. A new item is charged separately.

Approximate prices for coating restoration, cleaning and repair:

rhodium or gold plating restoration – from 60 hryvnias per gram of product

repair of jewelry without replacing parts – from 100 hryvnias, depending on the complexity of the repair

replacement of a silver part – from 150 hryvnias depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

replacement of a gold part - calculated depending on the complexity of the repair and the weight of the part

ultrasonic cleaning – from 100 hryvnias
