Returns and Exchanges

According to Ukrainian law, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to return. For this reason, we kindly ask you to place your order mindfully.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase — that’s why we offer the following return policy:

• Sterling silver jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 3 days of delivery, only if the jewelry tag and seal remain intact.

• We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are damaged or show visible signs of wear.

• 14K Gold jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Custom-made items (created specifically for the customer) are not eligible for return or exchange.

• In the case of a return or exchange, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
