- Silver jewelry: Ships within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Gold jewelry: Made to order and shipped within 10 business days after 50% or full prepayment.
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Within Ukraine
- We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta to the branch selected at checkout.
- Enjoy free shipping — we cover it for all domestic orders
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the round-trip delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide using Ukrposhta Priority Mail.
- Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
- Enjoy free international shipping — we cover it on orders over €350
- For orders under €350, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
- Please note: delivery times do not include production time, so factor in 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Lost Packages
Orxata Transforming Jewelry is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or marked as delivered by the courier.
We advise customers to double-check their shipping information before completing checkout.
