Before using the orxata.jewelry website (“Website”), please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.


1. Website Administration

The Website is administered by individual entrepreneur  Kuzmenko Tetiana Hryhoriivna (“Seller”), entry number 2010350000000718263 dated 28.01.2025, on the basis of an license agreement with the owner of the registered trademark “Orxata Transforming Jewelry” — individual Kucherniuk Olena Andriivna.

The Seller may at any time:

  • terminate or limit Website operation or access;

  • make changes to the Website, its content, these Terms, the Public Offer, or the Privacy Policy.


2. Eligibility & Access

  • The Website is intended for users aged 18 or older.

  • If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

  • The Seller strives to keep the Website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

 

3. Order Process

  • All product listings are an invitation to order and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • By placing an order, you make a binding purchase offer.
  • The purchase contract is concluded when you receive a written order confirmation from the Seller.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are stated in the currency displayed on the Website and do not include applicable taxes.

  • Due to recent U.S. customs regulations, a 10% import duty applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

    This fee is calculated automatically at checkout and included in the total amount.

  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time before order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before goods are shipped.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times and costs are specified at checkout.

  • The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon transfer of goods to the carrier.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with the Seller’s Return Policy (available on the Website).

  • To request a return, you must contact the Seller within the period stated in the Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping costs.

The Website is intended for use in Ukraine. The Seller does not guarantee that its content is appropriate or up-to-date outside Ukraine. Access from other jurisdictions is at your own risk.
