• This service is valid for one-time use within 12 months from the purchase date.
• Shipping costs (both ways) are covered by the customer.
• After the 12-month period, the same service can be requested for an additional fee.

We offer complimentary warranty repairs for our sterling silver jewelry within 6 months of the purchase date. Gold jewelry is covered by warranty repairs for the lifetime of the brand.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Repair of defects in craftsmanship or materials
• Restoration of broken or non-functional components (if not lost)

Warranty repair does not cover defects of the jewelry that occur as a result of use, including:

• dents;
• stretching or deformation of the chain;
• deformation of pendants;
• loss of any jewelry elements;
• falling out of stones, splitting of pearls, or other inlays.

Please note:

• Lost or missing parts are not covered under the warranty and will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Silver jewelry: Ships within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Gold jewelry: Ships within 10 business days, as each piece is made to order.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Within Ukraine

• We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta to the branch selected at checkout.
• Enjoy free shipping — we cover it for all domestic orders
• Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the round-trip delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide using Ukrposhta Priority Mail.
• Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
• Enjoy free international shipping — we cover it on orders over €250
• For orders under €250, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
• Please note: delivery times do not include production time, so factor in 5–10 business days before dispatch.

Lost Packages

Orxata Transforming Jewelry is not responsible for parcels lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or marked as delivered by the courier.
